Legalize
Ferrets

After all, they’re called Domestic Ferrets!

Petition for Regulation Change

Sign the Petition to Legalize Ferrets

Please note, this is a very old post. But it still shows up on Google searches. There is no petition.

We believe we will be allowed time on August 24th, 2016 to make our arguments at the Fish and Game Commission meeting in Folsom.

We have created a petition to legalize ferrets in California to present to the Fish and Game Commissioners.

Please sign and share our Change.org Petition.

Thank you!

i signed the petition and shared it on facebook, even though i think its too late… I can’t believe how stupid they are being about this ridiculously obvious problem

    1. Legalizing ferrets would allow people to properly care for these animals and receive better education and resources. Ferrets are kind and sweet and only want to be loved and have fun.

  2. Domestic ferrets can not survive in the wild and most have been fixed. Very few breeders out there. The only issue I see is Marshalls will vamp up their Ferret Mills to produce unsocial, unhealthy ferrets. Ferrets should regulated so they go to good homes though. Too many people buy them and realize it’s too much for them and send them to shelters to be rehomed. Many exotic pets have the same issue.

  3. Ferrets are legalized in most states, so you would think that if many states find it safe to keep them then im sure it is. I really don’t see the problem here, they literally can’t survive on their own…legalize ferrets please…
